PATTAYA: Alexander Bernard Otto Clouth (28) from Frankfurt AM was early Wednesday morning arrested by the police in Pattaya (Thailand). He was walking down a street in the centre of the city only dressed in a T-shirt.
At the police station the man also undressed his T-shirt and ran away from the police completely naked. He climbed over a fence into a crowded area. Later the police arrested the naked German again.
He is now in police custody.
He was not sober, but we don't know why he got the crazy idea of running around naked in the city. He refuses to talk to us, a police officer said.
